Raw Material Testing
All incoming components and spare parts undergo strict inspection, including dimension check, material analysis and electrical‑performance verification before entering production.
In‑Process Control
Real‑time monitoring during machining and assembly. Key parameters are recorded to keep every production step under traceable quality management.
Finished Product Testing
Every completed hot‑melt machine runs full‑load aging test. We test temperature accuracy, glue output stability, safety protection and all functional indicators.
