The OSD-812 is a continuous high-speed carton sealing machine designed for medium- to large-scale food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and health supplement packaging lines. It seals 50–90 cartons per minute using programmable hot melt glue application, with operating noise below 50 dB.
Programmable Glue Application for Flexible Changeovers
The spray-glue version applies adhesive through a program-controlled glue valve. Operators can adjust glue positions, line lengths, and the amount applied at each point. When changing carton styles, update the program settings—there is no need to replace a glue wheel.
This makes the OSD-812 a flexible choice for lines that handle multiple carton styles and need quick changeovers. Its 5 kg glue tank supports extended operation with fewer refills.
The pneumatic glue valve uses an air-open, spring-close design. If the air supply stops, the valve closes automatically to help prevent glue stringing or dripping onto cartons.
Built for Continuous Production
The OSD-812 operates at 180–210°C, with PLC temperature control to help maintain consistent heating. It handles adhesives with a viscosity of 2,000–20,000 CPS, including many commonly used EVA hot melt and pressure-sensitive adhesives.
With noise levels below 50 dB, the machine supports a quieter production environment. Its enclosed stainless steel and aluminum profile construction is suitable for use in food production facilities.

3.Applications and Line Setup
The OSD-812 can seal cartons for biscuits, chocolate, health supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other consumer products. A typical setup places the machine after a cartoning machine, where it continuously seals cartons before they move to warehousing.
Allow sufficient space at the infeed and discharge ends for conveying and carton handling.
4.Choosing Spray Glue or Roller Glue
The spray-glue version suits production lines that change carton styles and require precise glue placement. Glue settings can be adjusted through the program without changing machine parts.
For a single carton style and very high production volumes, compare the roller-glue version, which may use less glue per carton. The OSD-812 handles carton heights up to 100 mm; discuss customization options if your cartons exceed this limit.
