1.OSD-102A / OSD-102B Pressure-Fed Hot Melt Glue Dispenser

The OSD-102A and OSD-102B are compact pressure-fed hot melt glue dispensers for small-batch production, sampling, and on-site applications. Each machine has a 1 kg melting tank, a melting rate of 1 kg/h, and an operating air pressure range of 1–4 kg/cm².

Both models handle adhesives with a viscosity of 1,000–20,000 CPS and operate at temperatures up to 250°C. The OSD-102A measures 370 × 350 × 500 mm, while the OSD-102B measures 450 × 350 × 500 mm.

Compact Dispensing for Small-Batch Work

The pressure-fed dispenser is one of the most compact types of hot melt glue equipment. It combines a melting tank and glue valve in a small unit. An operator can use a handheld glue gun or mount it at a workstation, then dispense adhesive with a foot pedal.

With its 1 kg tank and 1 kg/h melting rate, the OSD-102A/102B is suited to low-volume work, sampling lines, mobile tasks, or as a supplementary glue station on a larger production line. Its compact footprint makes it easy to move between work areas as needed.

Two Models with Different Dimensions

The OSD-102A measures 370 × 350 × 500 mm, and the OSD-102B measures 450 × 350 × 500 mm. The models differ in tank base size and configuration details, while their core operating specifications are the same.

The operating air pressure range of 1–4 kg/cm² accommodates different adhesive viscosities. The progressive preheating tank is designed for efficient heating, with an insulated standby setting to help maintain temperature between dispensing tasks.

Flexible Glue Control and Filtration

The dispenser supports both spiral spray and dot or bead application. Glue output can be timed from 0 to 60 seconds. Its air-open, spring-close valve shuts off automatically if air pressure is lost, helping reduce dripping and stringing.

A water-separating filter and two-stage filtration are included to help protect the glue path from moisture and particles. Although compact, the machine includes these features to help reduce glue valve clogging.

2.Key Features

  • 1 kg melting tank with a melting rate of 1 kg/h
  • Operating air pressure of 1–4 kg/cm²
  • Compatible adhesive viscosity of 1,000–20,000 CPS
  • Operating temperature up to 250°C
  • Two models with different dimensions: OSD-102A and OSD-102B
  • Handheld glue gun option for flexible, mobile work
  • Timer-based glue control from 0 to 60 seconds
  • Air-open, spring-close valve helps stop glue flow when air pressure is lost
  • Water-separating pressure regulator and two-stage filtration

3.Applications

The OSD-102A/102B is suitable for leathercraft adhesive application, on-site furniture repair, book spine gluing, small electronics workshops, product sampling, and supplementary glue stations. It is a practical option when production volume is low, glue points are limited, and operators need a flexible setup.

4.Is the OSD-102A/102B Right for Your Production?

For higher daily output, the OSD-2205 dual-head dispenser may be a better fit because its melting capacity is higher. For programmed paths and multiple glue points, consider a three-axis glue dispenser.

If the handheld glue gun will be used for extended periods, ask about a configuration with an insulated handle.
