1.OSD-2025 Automatic Hot Melt Glue Feeding System
The OSD-2025 is an automatic feeder for granulated hot melt adhesive. It transfers adhesive through a closed tube from a large storage hopper to the melting tank of a compatible hot melt glue machine. A level sensor monitors the tank and starts feeding when the adhesive level is low, then stops when the tank is full.
Instead of repeatedly opening the melting tank and pouring in granules by hand, operators refill the 120 L hopper as needed. This can reduce manual handling, spills, and interruptions during production. It is especially useful for packaging, automotive parts, tape coating, nonwoven lamination, furniture, and footwear production lines that use granulated adhesive.

Automatic Level-Controlled Feeding

Keeping adhesive in a closed transfer path helps limit exposure to ambient moisture. This can be useful because moisture absorbed by granules may contribute to foaming, bubbles in the adhesive, or inconsistent bonding.
The hopper has a transparent viewing window so operators can check the remaining material without opening the lid. A low-level alarm can remind staff to refill the hopper.
