1.OSD-PUR100mm PUR Hot Melt Glue Coating Machine
The OSD-PUR100mm is a compact coating machine designed specifically for PUR hot melt adhesive. It uses 2 kg sealed adhesive bags and a gear pump to deliver glue through a sealed path that helps limit exposure to moisture.
The machine handles materials up to 200 mm wide and is suitable for small-batch production involving footwear materials, eye masks, leather goods, EPE foam, and other foam products. Custom configurations are available to suit different material widths and production requirements.
Designed for PUR Adhesive
PUR adhesive differs from standard EVA hot melt glue. It is a moisture-curing reactive polyurethane adhesive, so exposure to moisture in the air can cause it to cure. It is commonly supplied in sealed bags and is generally used after opening rather than repeatedly melted and reused.
The OSD-PUR100mm is built around this bagged-adhesive format. Its 2 kg melting tank and gear pump support continuous adhesive feeding from the bag. The specified melting rate is 8 kg/h. Gear pump delivery provides stable pressure and controlled glue output, which can help reduce waste when using higher-cost PUR adhesive.
