1.OSD-600A Pressure Roller Hot Melt Coating Machine Series

The OSD-600A Series includes four mid-size hot melt roller coating machines: OSD-600A, OSD-600B, OSD-800mm, and OSD-1000mm. With maximum coating widths from 600 to 1,000 mm, heating tank capacities of 8–15 L, and melting rates of 8–15 kg/h, the series is designed for continuous production and EPE foam processing.

Stable Feeding for EPE Foam Processing

Each model uses a pressure roller to hold material flat against the conveyor during coating. This helps prevent soft materials such as EPE foam from lifting at the edges or shifting out of position. The roller height adjusts from 5 to 200 mm to accommodate a range of material thicknesses, from thin foam sheets to thicker foam blocks.

The four models are sized for different material widths: the OSD-600A and OSD-600B handle materials up to 600 mm wide, while the OSD-800mm and OSD-1000mm models suit wider production needs. With an 8–15 L heating tank and a maximum melting rate of 8–15 kg/h, the series supports longer production runs with fewer adhesive refills than the smaller OSD-400B Series.

Operating temperature is up to 250°C, and the machines support adhesives with viscosity up to 20,000 CPS. Depending on the model, the power supply is 220 V or 380 V, with a rated power of 3,800–6,500 W.

Built for Flexible Production

The OSD-600A Series features CNC-machined glue rollers, a copper doctor blade for adjusting glue application, and branded motors and bearings. Its progressive preheating glue tank has a Teflon-coated interior, and heating zones can be controlled independently. An insulated standby setting helps maintain temperature between production runs.

The external housing allows easier cleaning and maintenance, while the main drive offers stepless speed adjustment. Coating rollers can be customized with a smooth, mesh, dotted, or grooved surface to suit the material and application.

3.Applications

4.How to Choose a Model

• For materials up to 600 mm wide, choose the OSD-600A or OSD-600B.
• For materials around 800 mm wide, choose the OSD-800mm.
• For materials around 1,000 mm wide, choose the OSD-1000mm.

For soft EPE foam, choose a model with pressure roller feeding to help keep the material stable during coating. Confirm whether your workshop is equipped for 220 V or 380 V before selecting a machine.
